main fan stopped working over the summer. I have similar issue with 355MAV "90i Plus". Some websites say the 355MAV uses a HK42FZ0XX, where the XX is a whole variety of different numbers. The only control board I see is the main circuit board, part number CEPL130456-01 / CEBD430456-09 When I turned the furnace off and on again, it refused to restart, giving code 25.Ī troubleshooting guide I found online said, "Replace the variable speed furnace control." When I cycled power, the furnace ignited and ran fine, but I still got an amber error light. I came back and found a new error code - ignition lockout. I stopped at that point, and came back a few days later. I turned on switch 6 to test the ignition components, blower worked and I got a glowing igniter, but no flame. I checked and reseated the config module. I got error 25 = "Improper configuration." I followed the troubleshooting guide, erased the codes and restarted it. ![]() The previous owners owners were kind enough to leave the manuals. The furnace fan had been running constantly, and I remember thinking, "The wife must have manually switched the fan on to bring cool air up from the basement to cool off the house." Nope, the furnace failed one cool morning, and we didn't notice it because the afternoons were so warm. Well, up here in Seattle the weather finally cooled off after a record-breaking hot summer.
